Kieren Fallon had to settle for fourth Position since the spoils were taken by Sammy Jo Bell aboard Dubai Acclaim at the Mondialiste Leger Legends Classified Stakes at Doncaster.

Champion Flat jockey Fallon, who wrapped his saddle up at 2016, gave the Nigel Tinkler-trained Kilbaha Lady every opportunity over the right mile, but could get into a winning position.
That honor went to Bell, who gave up driving injury in February 2018 and is helping her spouse Philip Makin in his own turn to coach from jockey.
Destroyer had taken the 16-strong area although that raises money for Jack Berry House along with its National Horseracing College, but has been swamped since the pace hotted up over two furlongs out.
Inspired by Richard Fahey, Dubai Acclaim (5-1) hit on the front and just held the late flourish of Noel Fehily on Hammer Gun by a short head in a thrilling finish.
Flying Dragon was three-quarters of a length away in third, together with another 2 and a quarter lengths back into Kilbaha and Fallon Lady at fourth.
Fallon – riding for the very first time on exactly precisely the identical card as kid Cieren junior – stated:”I thought I had been going well enough to win, it was when I asked her to quicken she just didn’t let herself down on the floor.
“I went than anything else and believed I was going to win, but we didn’t. It is all for a good cause, though.”
A thrilled Bell said:”It was really good, I think I hit the front too soon, however that was just me getting excited.
“I’m really grateful to Richard for providing me a ride and it is great to pay him back with a winner. I truly loved it.
“I did only hold on, however, that was me moving too soon – the horse was helping me out. He was good. The last time I sat on him he was a yearling.
“I’m not as fit as I used to be, I know that much, but we’re quite busy at the yard, so I have not done as much prep as I would have liked.”
Fehily, who declared his intention to retire after riding a winner at Cheltenham in March, stated:”The trainer told me not to hit the front too soon, however I believe I overdid the waiting tactics!
“I got blocked in my hands only over a furlong out and I had to switch, it probably just cost mebut he’s run a blinder.
“It has been a terrific occasion for a terrific cause and I’m just thrilled to have been asked to participate. Hopefully we’ve raised lots of cash.”
